Digital Literacy

Digital literacy equips students with technical and cognitive competencies needed to navigate today’s information-saturated digital world. This includes the ability to evaluate the credibility of sources, detect manipulated content, and understand the algorithms that shape online experiences.
Throughout the RECLAIM project, media literacy was repeatedly highlighted as a frontline defense against disinformation.
According to the European Commission (2018) enhancing media literacy is indispensable for empowering students to interpret, critique, and respond to the information they encounter daily.
